Fees are determined individually and based on the statutory fee schedule for doctors (GOÄ). We also take into account special features such as those that may occur with the postal service employees' health insurance fund or the KVB.
Self-payers are very welcome in our practice. Please note that you have to cover the costs of your treatment yourself and that we cannot bill statutory health insurance companies. Our pricing is based on the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ) and is individually tailored to each treatment. We attach great importance to transparency. Therefore, we inform you in detail about the costs involved before each treatment so that you always have full control over the fees incurred.
SERVICE: CARD PAYMENT
As a self-payer, we offer you the option of paying your treatment costs quickly and conveniently by debit, EC or credit card, as well as with Apple Pay. This means that the bill is immediately off the table and you enjoy the security of keeping a small amount of cash.

Our practice is a purely order-based practice, which means that each treatment is reserved individually for you. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask for the following:
• Appointment cancellations: If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance in writing by email to info@dermaundco.de.
• Doctolib rejections: A rejection about Doctolib alone is not enough.
• If an appointment is not canceled in time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of at least €60.
• If you are unable to attend for reasons that are proven to be through no fault of your own (e.g. sudden illness), the fee is waived – please submit proof within 7 working days.
